The Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees appointed in line with the foundation model specified by the Charity Commission.
To help fulfill all its functions and responsibilities and help share the load, the Board has established both an Operations Committee and a Property Committee. It has also set up a Users Forum to represent the views of regular Centre user organisations.
