Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga, and Breathwork Class with Grace Moore

A blissful, immersive experience to awaken and instil peace within the body, mind, and heart. These weekly community classes combine somatic movement, gentle vinyasa and yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation — all practiced by the soft glow of candlelight and accompanied by the soothing aroma of essential oils.

Held by Grace Moore – Staffordshire-based trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified therapist — classes offer a safe and supportive sanctuary to pause, reconnect, and restore. They are thoughtfully created and intuitively led, helping to release physical and emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and awareness.

The first part of the practice offers gentle movement to encourage fluidity, creativity, strength, and mobility, while inviting a connection between breath and movement. The second part of the practice focuses on Yin yoga postures designed to work into the deeper layers of connective tissue, encouraging stillness and introspection. The class concludes with a restorative Savasana, a 5-10 minute period of deep rest, allowing the body and mind to integrate the practice fully.
